Returns + repairs

RETURNS: 

Please note that Pigment Studio pieces are hand-made to order and will not be eligible for refund unless required by law.

Any items to be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Please follow the instructions below if you wish to make a return:

To process a return, send an email to info@pigmentstudio.co.nz with your order number (which will be on your original invoice) and the item you wish to return + reason for return. Ship with your chosen courier or postal company - we recommend using a trackable and insured method of Courier service as Pigment Studio will not be held responsible in the event of theft or loss during delivery. Please keep a record of your tracking number. Customers are responsible for postage fees. 

Any item/s being returned must be in original condition.

Please note, Pigment Studio will not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Custom monogrammed pieces and sale items will also not be accepted for return or exchange.

At the moment, Pigment Studio only offers returns for Domestic orders.

REPAIRS: 

Pigment Studio will happily repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 3 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Manufacturing faults do not include: general wear and tear (includes wire that has bent out of shape or oxidized), worn off plating, chipped or cracked gemstones and broken chains.  If you are unsure of what is considered a manufacturing fault, please send an email to info@pigmentstudio.co.nz to discuss.
